My name is Roy Chavera Jr. I worked for Ambassador Ransom as a mid level diplomat.
Following a successful 32 year career and looking back, David Ransom, to me was the
best American diplomat I had ever worked for. Simply extraordinary in every way. I miss him.
But, I have my glorious memories of him that I treasure.
